Is based on the Buddhist teachings of Insight meditation (Vippassana). These teachings are universal and can be of great benefit to everyone. They help us uncover our innate wisdom and compassion, and develop skillful ways to work with difficulties, challenges, and opportunities. Rosen work & mindfulness meditationThe underlying principles of the Rosen method are similar to many aspects of Buddha's teachings. Present-centered awareness, right mindfulness and consciousness of breath, are all familiar practices to both Rosen and Buddhist practitioners. Both support the awakening process, the purification of mind and body and deep understanding of our condition. During the workshops students have the opportunity to experience the integration of Rosen Method and Mindfulness meditation. |
